It was a stressful day at the office, we were behind our schedule and reports are being printed every minute. I was editing a few reports and making the necessary corrections , while my staff was busy with compiling the printed reports on folders. We had summarized reports and the actual reports, the summarized reports were being printed at our hp deskjet and our actual reports, with complete details were printed using our Epson.
We were near into finishing everything when suddenly our printers were out of ink, we paused our printing, and went into our storage cabinet and got ink cartridges. It was a good thing we still had supply of hp ink cartridges and epson ink cartridges, because if we hadn’t we won’t make it in time for our deadline. Like the last time, I had to ask someone to go out of the building just to buy ink cartridges, and when he got back, we lost a lot time that caused the delay. Ever since that incident, I always make sure we have sufficient supply of hp ink cartridges and Epson ink cartridges in the office.
